摘要
研究近红外光谱法快速测定牛乳饮料中CMC含量的技术方法,以含CMC的牛乳饮料为研究对象,通过NIR扫描和NIRCAL分析优化,建立了用于液体牛乳中CMC的NIR预测模型。该模型对CMC的分析是基于该化合物在1 460 nm等处的特征吸收基础之上,优化后的模型对1 800~3 200 mg/L质量浓度的CMC有较好预测效果,其预测值与参考值的相关系数达到0.97。
The rapid determination of CMC concent in milk beverages by near infrared spectroscopy(NIR) method is studied.Drinks containing CMC is deteced through NIR scanning and NIRCAL optimization analysis and get a quantitative mathematical model has a better prediction effect. The model is based on the analysis of the CMC on the basis of the characteristic absorption of 1 460 nm. The optimized model has a better prediction effect on 1 800~3 200 mg/L concentration of CMC and the correlation coefficient between the predicted value and the reference value is 0.97.
