A Review of the Anti-fatigue Peptides Derived from Animal Protein and Its Functional Food

动物源性抗疲劳肽是由动物自身的器官或组织产生的或者从动物体内蛋白水解得到的,具有缓解疲劳作用的肽类物质。对动物源性抗疲劳肽的来源和作用机制相关理论进行了总结与简单论述,并对国内市场上已获批的相关保健食品等,从原料、配方等方面进行了对比分析,提出了动物源性抗疲劳肽产品的应用前景与发展方向。

Anti-fatigue peptides derived from animal protein are produced by the animal＇s own organs or tissues or hydrolysed protein from animals with easing fatigue effect. This review summarizes the source of animal derived anti-fatigue peptides,and expounded their mechanisms. At last, by analyses from the realtive functional foods on domestic market, application future and possible direction of these peptides are pointed out.
