高职食品生物技术专业校内生产性实训的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Productive Training in Food Biotechnology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

校内生产性实训是高职实践教学形式的创新模式,体现了高职食品生物技术专业的培养目标。以郑州轻工业学院轻工职业学院食品生物技术专业为例,介绍了校内生产性实训的实践模式及考核评价体系,并对其中存在的问题进行了一定分析。

Campus productive practice training is an innovative mode of practice teaching in higher vocational colleges,which embodies the training goal of food biotechnology specialty in higher vocational colleges. This paper takes Zhengzhou University of Light Industry Career Academy biotechnology professional food industry as an example,introduces the practical model and the evaluation system of campus productive practice training,and the existing problems are analyzed.
