艾盐包热敷联合耳穴压豆疗法在腹泻型肠易激综合征患者中的应用

Application of hot compress with Chinese herb and coarse salt and auricular acupoint pressing in patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome

目的评价中医适宜技术中艾盐包热敷联合耳穴压豆疗法在腹泻型肠易激综合症患者中的应用效果。方法 60例腹泻型肠易激综合症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。2组均给予常规治疗方案和护理,治疗组同时采用艾盐包热敷联合耳穴压豆疗法。评价2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%(28/30),对照组为76.7%(23/30),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,艾盐包热敷联合耳穴压豆疗法能进一步改善腹泻型肠易激综合症患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of hot compress with Chinese herb and coarse salt combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy on diarrhea predominant irritable bow el syndrome（ IBS）. Methods Totally 60 patients with diarrhea predominant IBS were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group（ n = 30） and the treatment group（ n = 30）. Both two groups received routine treatment and nursing care. Patients in the treatment group received the hot compress with Chinese herb and coarse salt combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy additionally. Results The overall effectively rate was 93. 3%（ 28/30） in the treatment group and was 76. 7%（ 23/30） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of hot compress with Chinese herb and coarse salt and auricular acupoint pressing is potentially effective to relieve the clinical symptom of patients with diarrhea predominant IBS.
