摘要
为合理确定河南省受水区的引黄规模,在对区域水资源开发利用现状评价和对生活、农业、工业、建筑业及第三产业、河道外生态环境等需水预测的基础上,结合灌溉排水工程学、工程经济学、生态学理论,利用水资源供需平衡分析方法并对受水区的多种水源进行多方案优化配置研究,通过地下水、中水、地表水和黄河水的联合调度,尽可能削减引黄流量峰值,对引黄水量过程进行优化,找出灌溉工程规模与地下水生态环境之间的最佳切入点,最终合理确定河南省受水区的引黄水量为27 991万m^3,为总干渠规模的合理确定和建设环境友好型灌区奠定基础,并应用到实际工程建设中,取得了较好的效果。
In order to deternine the scale of water diversion from the Yellow River to receiving area of Henan Province, based on the evalua-tion of the development and utilization of regional water resources and the forecast of water demand in this area, this paper combined with irri-gation and drainage engineering,engineering economics,ecology,operational research principle and fuzzy comprehensive theory to study the multi-program optimal allocation of variety water sources in the area with water supply and demand balance analysis method. It determined that the amount of water diversion from the Yellow River was 279.91 million m3 , which had laid a foundation for the reasonable determination of the general canal scale and building environment-friendly irrigation area. It was applied to the practices of engineering construction and had achieved good results.
