摘要
采用黄河砂与机制砂混合配制大流动性混凝土,研究了黄河砂掺量对不同强度等级混凝土工作性能和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:黄河砂代替部分机制砂,混凝土拌合物的工作性能普遍得到了提高,对于高强度等级的混凝土,黄河砂的掺量应少于低强度等级混凝土的;通过调整混凝土的配合比和黄河砂的掺量,能够使混凝土拌合物的工作性能最佳;黄河砂代替部分机制砂,在大多数情况下,混凝土的抗压强度得到了提高,且对不同强度等级的混凝土,黄河砂最佳掺量不同,在最佳掺量下,对应的混凝土抗压强度最大;黄河砂对低强度等级混凝土抗压强度的改善作用更加明显。
Large liquild concrete is prepared by mixing the Yellow River sand with manufactured sand. The workability and compressive strength of high flowing concrete prepared with the manufactured sand partially replaced equal mass of the Yellow River sand were studied re-spectively. The experimental results show that the Yellow River sand replaces part of manufactured sand, the workability of concrete mixture has generally been improved; for high strength concrete, the amount of Yellow River sand should be less than that of low strength concrete; by adjusting the mix proportion of concrete and the amount of Yellow River sand, the workability of concrete mixture can be optimized; Yellow River sand replaces partially manufactured sand, in most cases, the compressive strength of concrete has been improved; and for con-crete with different strength grades, Yellow River sand has a different best dosage and at the optimum dosage, the corresponding compressive strength of concrete is the highest; the effect of Yellow River sand on the compressive strength improvement of low strength concrete is more obvious.
