注射用盐酸吉西他滨和顺铂注射液联合^(125)I粒子植入治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Gemcitabine Hydrochloride for Injection and Cisplatin Injection Combined with ^(125)I Seed Implantation Brachytherapy on Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察注射用盐酸吉西他滨和顺铂注射液联合^(125)I粒子植入治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月—2016年12月延安大学附属医院收治的晚期NSCLC患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组患者予以注射用盐酸吉西他滨和顺铂注射液治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合^(125)I粒子植入治疗,均以3周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效,并观察两组患者治疗期间毒副作用发生情况。结果研究组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者气胸、咯血、发热、骨髓抑制发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者疼痛发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用盐酸吉西他滨和顺铂注射液联合^(125)I粒子植入治疗晚期NSCLC的临床疗效确切,可有效抑制患者病情进展,但疼痛发生率较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of gemcitabine hydrochloride for injection and cisplatin injection combined with ^125I seed implantation brachytherapy on advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer were selected in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan＇an University from December 2014 to December 2016, and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table, each of 40 cases. Patients of control group received gemcitabine hydrochloride for injection and cisplatin injection, while patients of study group received gemcitabine hydrochloride for injection and cisplatin injection combined with ^125I seed implantation brachytherapy, 3 weeks as a course, both groups continuously treated for 3 courses. Clinical effect and incidence of toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results Clinical effect of study group was statistically significantly better than that of control group （P 〈0. 05） . No statistically significant differences of incidence of pneumothorax, hemoptysis, fever or myelosuppression was found between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , while incidence of pain of study group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Gemcitabine hydrochloride for injection and cisplatin injection combined with ^125I seed implantation brachytherapy have certain clinical effect in treating advanced non - small cell lung cancer, can effectively inhibit the disease progression, but the risk of pain is relatively high.
