血清胱抑素C在糖尿病、高血压早期肾损害诊断中的应用

Application of Serum Cystatin C in Diagnosis of Early Renal Damage in Diabetes and Hypertension

目的探讨血清胱抑素C对糖尿病、高血压早期肾损害的诊断价值。方法选择糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)65例、高血压患者(高血压组)74例和健康体检者(正常对照组)67例,分别检测3组血清胱抑素C、肌酐和尿素氮的水平。结果糖尿病组血清肌酐、尿素氮水平与高血压组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病组、高血压组血清胱抑素C、肌酐、尿素氮水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病组血清胱抑素C水平明显高于高血压组(P<0.05)。结论血清胱抑素C测定可作为判断早期肾损害的指标,对糖尿病、高血压早期肾损害的诊断和防治有重要的价值。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C in early renal damage in diabetes and hypertension.Methods Serum cystatin C,creatinine and urea nitrogen levels were measured in 65 patients with diabetes（diabetes group）,74 patients with hypertension（hypertension group）and 67 healthy subjects（normal control group）.Results There were no significant differences in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels between diabetes group and hypertension group（P〉0.05）.Compared with normal control group,serum cystatin C,creatinine and urea nitrogen levels significantly increased in both diabetes group and hypertension group（P〈0.05）.Compared with hypertension group,serum cystatin C levels significantly increased in diabetes group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum cystatin C can be used as an indicator of early renal damage.It has an important value for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of early renal damage in diabetes and hypertension.
