社区护士中医护理认知及培训需求调查 被引量:14

摘要 目的了解广州市社区护士对中医护理的认知及培训需求情况,为针对性开展社区护士中医护理培训提供理论依据。方法采用便利整群抽样法抽取广州市5个区10所社区卫生服务中心的护士(112名)为研究对象,采用自行设计的问卷调查。结果共发放问卷112份,收回有效问卷108份。108名社区护士对中医护理认知情况得分为(42.57±4.47)分(总50分);社区护士最希望培训学习的中医护理知识及技能分别是中医饮食调护相关知识和拔罐法;经逐步多元回归分析表明社区护士的职称、是否有中医护理背景、工作时间、毕业院校是影响社区护士中医护理认知情况的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论社区中护士真正运用中医护理为居民提供服务的机会很少;社区护士对中医护理认知程度一般,但希望参加相关中医护理知识的培训需求很高。 Objective To understand the needs of Guangzhou community nurses for Chinese traditional medical nursing cognition and training,and to provide a theoretical basis for the targeted Chinese traditional medical nursing training.Methods A total of 112 nurses from 10 community health service centers of 5 districts of Guangzhou were selected using the convenient cluster sampling method and were surveyed using the self-designed questionnaire.Results Totally 112 questionnaires were distributed,and 108 valid questionnaires were returned.The score of community nurses for Chinese traditional medical nursing cognition was 42.57±4.47(total score,50).Community nurses were most interested in the dietetic regulation and cupping therapy.Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the professional title,Chinese traditional medical background,Chinese traditional medical nursing background,working time and educational background were the important factors influencing Chinese traditional medical nursing cognition of community nurses(P〈0.05).Conclusion Although most communities have carried out Chinese traditional medical nursing,community nurses have few opportunities to use Chinese traditional medical nursing.Although community nurses have general levels of Chinese traditional medical nursing cognition,they have great needs for Chinese traditional medical nursing training.
