习近平主席提出,要努力建设强大稳固的现代边海防,这是确保国家政治安全、国土安全、军事安全的重要举措。必须坚决维护国家主权和安全,强化防卫管控措施,践行命运共同体理念,推进边海防立法工作,重视边海防人才的培养、培训,实现筑牢边海防铜墙铁壁、建设强大稳固现代边海防的远大目标。

President Xi has proposed the goal of building strong and powerful modern frontier defense,which is also essential to our political security,homeland security and military security. In order to achieve this goal,we should safeguard national sovereignty and security,enhance our border control and management,build a community of common destiny and accelerate legislation in frontier defense.
