摘要
为了遏制与打击有组织偷渡犯罪,在界定有组织偷渡犯罪情报的基本属性和特性的基础上,系统研究了有组织偷渡犯罪情报决策机理、有组织偷渡犯罪情报决策机制和有组织偷渡犯罪情报决策方案。
In order to curb and combat organized illegal migration,this article defines the concept,basic attributes and features of organized illegal migration intelligence,and systemically studies the decision-making theory,mechanism and scheme of organized illegal migration intelligence.
