思想政治教育视域下的高校平安校园建设长效机制构建

Constructing Long-term Mechanism for Safe Campus Construction in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

以构建平安、和谐、有序的育人环境为目的的高校平安校园建设与以提高人的思想道德素质、促进人的自由全面发展为根本目的的思想政治教育是相互统一的。因此,在思想政治教育视域下,作为一个系统工程的平安校园建设,必须坚持以人为本原则,建立思想教育与管理防范相结合、安全保卫与综合治理相结合、硬件设施完善和软件环境优化相结合、传统手段与现代技术相结合的长效机制。

College and university safe campus construction for the purpose of building a safe,harmonious and orderly educational environment is unified with ideological and political education whose fundamental purpose is to improve people’s ideological and moral quality and to promote people’s free and all-round development.Therefore,from the perspective of ideological and political education,safe campus construction as a system must adhere to the people-oriented principle so as to establish a long-term mechanism of a combination of ideological education and prevention through management,security and comprehensive management,hardware facilities and software environment optimization,and traditional means and modern technology.
