摘要
为了更好地促进高校体育保健课教学的科学实施,研究运用实验、文献、访谈等研究方法对哈尔滨工程大学48名保健生进行研究。从学生身体的特殊性、身体机能水平以及伤病的层面对教学过程进行了分段,根据伤病的程度对作为实验对象的学生进行了分类。结果显示:"分段、分类"的教学模式是解决上述问题的有效手段。
In order to promote scientific implementation in the teaching of college sports health,this research uses experimentation,literature investigation and interview method to study 48 students in Harbin Engineering University.We divide teaching process according to the particularity of student's body and body function level as well as the injury level,We classify students by the extent of their injury.The results show that the segmentation and classification are the effective means of solving these above problems.
