黑龙江省高校体育教学团队建设的途径与手段探析

Reseach on the Methods and Ways of Building High School P.E.Teaching Team of Heilongjiang

文章针对黑龙江省高校体育教学团队存在的教师团队协作意识不强、重行政管理、轻教学科研以及学校重视程度与规范程度低,凝聚力不高等问题,认为影响黑龙江省高校体育教学团队建设的核心因素在于高校的重视程度、高校体育教学的管理形式以及教师参与的积极性与主动性。并提出了建设良好的交流合作环境与氛围、明确教学团队的人员责任、优选与培养团队带头人、更新体育教学策略与方法、不断完善体育教学评价方法等途径与手段。

Heilongjiang high school P.E.teaching team has some problems,such as weak cooperation consciousness,more administration,less teaching scientific research,low standard degree and less condensed.The author considered that the core factors which affecting Heilongjiang high school P.E.teaching team construction lies to the value degree of high school,the management of high school sports teaching and the teachers' enthusiasm and initiative.The author proposed some assessment methods,such as the construction of good exchange cooperation environment and atmosphere,the explicit teaching team's personnel responsibility,optimal and the raise team leaders,the renewal P.E.teaching strategy and the method,consummate ways and the method unceasingly and so on.
