摘要
本文基于人社部社会保障能力建设中心开展的多年培训实践,阐述了医保开展在职培训的现实意义,分析了取得成绩的主要经验和尚存在的问题。为了建设医保人才队伍,笔者提出了加强培训规划、科学设置课程、充分利用培训资源、建立培训制度、健全培训保障机制等若干建议。
With the development of medical insurance, it is an urgent requirement to build qualified personnel for medical insurance. Based on SSCBC's training practice, this article expounded the practical signi? cance of on-the-job training, analyzed the main achievements and the existing problems.In order to build the medical insurance personnel, the author put forward some suggestions such as strengthening the training plan, setting up the courses scientifically, making full use of the training resources, establishing the training system, improving the training guarantee mechanism and so on.
