健康保险人才培养模式探索——基于创新创业教育理念

Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of Health Insurance Talents Based on the Concept of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

高素质的健康保险专业人才是保障全民健康的重要生产要素。本文基于创新创业教育理念,分析我国健康保险人才培养模式存在的问题,介绍了广西某大学健康保险人才培养模式探索的实践:(1)依托医学特色定位人才培养目标;(2)结合社会及行业需求,将创新创业教育嵌入专业教育;(3)重视校企合作,不断创新实践教学;(4)基于第二课堂平台,培养学生创新创业能力。

Highly quali？ ed health insurance talents are signi？ cant production factors in “national health”. According to the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the problems about health insurance talent cultivating pattern were analyzed. The exploration practice of cultivating health insurance talents in a university in Guangxi was introduced （1）Setting the goals of talents cultivation based on the feature of medical science; （2）Putting innovation and entrepreneurship education embed professional education according to the social and industrial demand; （3）Attaching importance to school-enterprise cooperation and continued stream of innovation of practice teaching; （4）Fostering students＇ innovative awareness and entrepreneurial ability based on the the second class.
