摘要
对河南省的秸秆生物质直燃发电机组的装机容量进行了优化研究。根据谷草比确定了河南省各地市的麦秆、玉米秆的年可能源化量。参照当地燃煤电厂煤价,根据热力学第二定律确定了秸秆的可接受价格。根据秸秆的可接受到厂价格、种植密度与可能源化量等,得到了秸秆的有效收集距离以及河南省各地市的最佳装机容量。在维持秸秆发电与燃煤发电利润相同的前提下,现行生物质发电补贴政策可使秸秆的有效收集距离显著增加、机组装机容量显著增大。与燃煤发电相比,秸秆发电的CO_2排放量约为0.1224kg(CO_2)/(k W·h),相当于燃煤电站的11.97%。
This work focused on the optimal capacity of boiler firing agricultural residues in Henan province. First, a calculation was conducted to obtain the available amount of agricultural residues in Henan province, including wheat straw and com stalk. Secondly, the acceptable prices for com stalk and wheat straw were obtained,based on the second law of thermodynamics. Thirdly, combined with the acceptable price of com stalk and wheat straw, the planting density, and the amount of available agricultural residues, the hauling distances to collect the agricultural residues were obtained and the optimal capacity of of power plant firing biomass was obtained at the same time. Furthermore, an analysis was conducted on security of supply of agricultural residues. A conclusion was obtained that the hauling distances approach to zero when the electricity price are hold on 0. 50 ¥ / (kW · h) for com stalk and 0. 53 ¥ / ( kW · h) for wheat straw. Comparatively, both the hauling distances increased on present electricity price for biomass. At last, an evaluation was carried out on the potential of utility of agricultural residues to reduce CO2 emissions. The result shows that the CO2 emissions from boiler firing the agricultural residues is only 0. 1224 kg (CO2)/(kW · h) , equivalent to 1 1 .97% of the amount from coal-fired boiler.
