心肌酶谱、CRP与血小板计数变化水平诊断支气管肺炎的临床分析

The role of myocardial enzyme,CRP and platelet count in the diagnosis of bronchial pneumonia

目的:探讨血清心肌酶谱、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和血小板计数在支气管肺炎诊断中的作用。方法:选取支气管肺炎患儿97例,其中轻症支气管肺炎患儿58例(轻症组),重症支气管肺炎患儿39例(重症组),选取100例健康儿童作为对照组,检测三组CRP、心肌酶谱及血小板计数等。结果:重症组患儿天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、!-羟丁酸脱氢酶(a-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)明显高于轻症组和对照组(P<0.05);重症组患儿CRP和血小板计数分别为(22.50±5.51)mg/dL和(390.81±37.63)×109/L,明显高于轻症组和对照组(P<0.05);重症组和轻症组患儿白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)和胰岛素样生长因子--Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清心肌酶谱、CRP和血小板计数在支气管肺炎诊断中有辅助诊断价值,特别是在轻重症诊断中有重要意义。

Objective： To investigate the role of serum myocardial enzyme,C-reactive protein （CRP） and platelet count in the diagnosis of bronchial pneumonia.Methods：Selected 97 cases of bronchial pneumonia children in in our hospital,which 58 cases of mild bronchial pneumonia （mild group）,39 cases of severe bronchial pneumonia （severe group）,selected 100 healthy children as the control group,detected three groups CRP,myocardial enzyme spectrum and platelet count,etc.Results： Severe group aspartate aminotransferase （AST）,lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）,α-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase （α-HBDH）,creatine kinase （CK） and creatine kinase isoenzyme （CK-MB） was significantly higher than the mild group and the control group （P〈0.05）;CRP and platelet count in the severe group were （22.50 ± 5.51） mg/dL and （390.81 ± 37.63） ×10^9/L,significantly higher than those in the mild group and the control group （P〈0.05）;There were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin 6 （IL-6）,interleukin 8 （IL-8） and insulin like growth factor Ⅱ（IGF-Ⅱ） in the severe and mild groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Serum myocardial enzyme,CRP and platelet count in the diagnosis of bronchial pneumonia has auxiliary diagnostic value,especially great significance in the diagnosis of mild to severe,it is of great significance in the diagnosis of mild to severe.
