摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清总胆红素与糖化血红蛋白的关系。方法:收集50例健康体检者(NC组,对照组)及100例住院2型糖尿病患者,且糖尿病患者按HbA1c高低分为低HbA1c组(L组,HbA1c≤7.5)和高HbA1c组(H组,HbA1c>7.5)。比较3组总胆红素水平,分析总胆红素与糖化血红蛋白的关系。以性别、年龄、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三脂、空腹血糖、HbA1c为自变量进行多元逐步回归分析,比较各变量对总胆红素的影响程度。结果:H组的总胆红素水平明显低于L组及NC组(P<0.05),TBIL与Hb A1c、FPG呈负相关。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清总胆红素浓度与FPG、HbA1c呈负相关。血清总胆红素浓度以后可能成为预测2型糖尿病患者病情进程及血糖控制水平的有价值临床生化指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between TBIL and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: Collection 50 cases of healthy subjects (group NC,control group) and 100 in patients with type 2 diabetes,and diabetic patients were divided into low group (group L,HbA1c ≤7.5) and high group (group H,HbA1c 〉 7.5) according to the level of HbA1c.Comparison of 3 groups of total bilirubin levels,analysis of the relationship between TBIL and glycosylated hemoglobin.With sex,age,total cholesterol,LDL,HDL,triglyceride,FPG,HbA1c as the independent variables,multiple stepwise regression analysis was conducted to compare the effect of each variable on TBIL.Results: The TBIL level in group H was significantly lower than group L and NC group NC (P〈0.05),where TBIL was negatively related with and HbA1c,FPG.Conclusion: In patients with type 2 diabetes TBIL with FPG,HbA1c is negatively related.TBIL will be valuable biochemical index to predict diabetes process and evaluate blood glucose control effects.
