收敛除溃汤联合美沙拉嗪应用于溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的疗效及对肠道菌群的影响

Shoulian Chukui decoction combined with mesalazine on the treatment of ulcerative colitis and its influence in the intestinal microflora

目的:观察自拟收敛除溃汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及对患者肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取44例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为本研究项目观察对象,将全部患者以序贯法均分为对照组与联合组,对照组应用美沙拉嗪进行治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上给予自拟收敛除溃汤治疗,对比两组疗效及治疗后肠道菌群情况,随访6个月对比复发率及患者生存质量。结果:对照组总有效率为63.64%,联合组总有效率为90.91%,联合组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组患者益生菌BL与Lc高于对照组(P<0.05);EMB、Ec、Ps、Cd各项菌种低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月中联合组停药复发率为27.27%,对照组停药复发率为81.82%;联合组停药复发率与患者生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:收敛除溃汤联合美沙拉嗪应用于溃疡性结肠炎治疗中,能够有效提高临床疗效,并有利维持肠道菌群的平衡与稳定。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shoulian Chukui decoction combined with mesalazine on the treatment of ulcerative colitis and its influence in the intestinal microflora.Methods： 44 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were incorporated as the study object of this research, all the involved patients were equally divided into control group and combination group by applying sequential method.Patients in the control group used the single mesalazine treatment, on the basis of treatment approach in the control group, patients in the combination group received Shoulian Chukui decoction.Curative effect and intestinal microflora changes after treatment were compared between groups, meanwhile,the recurrence rate and survival quality of patients were further evaluated and compared during the follow-up period of 6 months.Results： The total efficiency was 63.64% in the control group, and 90.91% in the combined group, and the curative effect in the combination group was better than the control group（P〈 0.05）.Probiotics of BL and Lcin the combination group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;various strains such as EMB, Ec, Psand Cd were lower in the combination group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;differences were significant compared between groups.The recurrence rate after discontinuation of treatment was 27.27%six months after treatment in the combination group and 81.82% in the control group.The recurrence rate and the patient＇s quality of life in the combination group were both superior to those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Shoulian Chukui decoction combined with mesalazine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy for the treatment of ulcerative colitis, meanwhile,and is beneficial for the balance and stability of the intestinal microflora.
