关于甲状腺腺叶切除术甲状腺结节的临床治疗效果评估

Evaluation on Clinical Effect of Thyroid Lobectomy in Treatment of Thyroid Nodules

目的关于甲状腺腺叶切除术甲状腺结节的临床治疗效果评估。方法从该院2016年1月—2017年2月进行诊治的甲状腺结节患者中随机选取出70例,根据不同的手术治疗将70例甲状腺结节患者分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例),对照组患者进行甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗,观察组患者进行甲状腺部分切除术治疗,观察两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间和术后并发症并进行比较。结果观察组的术中出血量是(80.6±4.8)m L、对照组的术中出血量是(126.5±8.9)m L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间是(109.8±6.2)min、对照组的手术时间是(148.6±8.5)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症是8.6%、对照组的术后并发症是37.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺结节,可以有效减少手术时间和术中出血量,降低术后并发症的发生,有利于术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of thyroid lobectomy in treatment of thyroid nodules. Methods 70 cases of patients with thyroid nodules diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to different operation treatment methods with 35 cases in each, the control group were treated with thyroid lobectomy, while the observation group were treated with partial thyroidectomy, and the intraoperative bleeding amount, operation time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the intraoperative bleeding amount between the observation group and the control group, [（80.6±4.8）mL vs（126.5±8.9）mL], was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the operation time between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant, [（109.8±6.2）min vs（148.6±8.5）min]（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（8.6% vs 37.1%）,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The thyroid lobectomy in treatment of thyroid nodules can effectively reduce the operation time and intraoperative bleeding amount, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, which is conducive to the postoperative recovery and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
