更昔洛韦治疗先天性巨细胞病毒感染90例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Ganciclovir in Treatment of 90 Cases with Congenital Cytomegalovirus Infection

目的探讨更昔洛韦治疗先天性巨细胞病毒感染的疗效。方法方便收集2015年2月—2017年2月该院收治的先天性巨细胞病毒感染患儿90例,结合治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组予常规治疗,观察组加用更昔洛韦,观察两组临床症状变化。结果 (1)观察组治疗有效率96.0%;对照组治疗有效率70.0%(P<0.05);(2)观察组肝大消失时间(9.0±2.2)d,原始反射异常消失时间(11.2±1.8)d,黄疸消失时间(8.0±2.0)d,发热消失时间(5.4±1.5)d,腹泻呕吐消失时间(4.5±1.2)d;对照组肝大消失时间(19.0±3.9)d,原始反射异常消失时间(21.2±3.8)d,黄疸消失时间(18.0±3.5)d,发热消失时间(10.9±1.9)d,腹泻呕吐消失时间(9.6±1.4)d(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦治疗先天性巨细胞病毒感染效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of ganciclovir in treatment of congenital cytomegalovirus infection. Methods 90 cases of children with congenital cytomegalovirus infection admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to treatment methods, the control group adopted the routine treatment, while the observation group were treated with ganciclovir, and the clinical symptoms changes of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 96.0% and 70.0%（P〈0.05）, and the disappearance time of hepatomegaly, primary reflection abnormality, jaundice, fever and diarrhea vomiting was respectively（9.0 ±2.2）d,（11.2 ±1.8）d,（8.0 ±2.0）d,（5.4 ±1.5）d,（4.5 ±1.2）d in the observation group and（19.0±3.9）d,（21.2±3.8）d,（18.0±3.5）d,（10.9±1.9）d,（9.6±1.4）d]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ganciclovir in treatment of 90 cases with congenital cytomegalovirus infection is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion.
