华蟾素注射液胸腹腔灌注治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Pleural and Peritoneal Perfusion of Huachansu Injection in Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion

目的探讨华蟾素注射液胸腹腔灌注治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年5月—2016年2月38例恶性胸腹腔积液患者应用华蟾素注射液胸腹腔灌注治疗的临床病例资料,统计观察其治疗效果及发生的相关不良反应情况。结果 38例恶性胸腹腔积液经1周期的华蟾素注射液胸腹腔灌注治疗后,治疗总有效率为89.47%(34/38),其中完全缓解13例(34.21%),有效21例(55.26%),无效4例(10.53%),有发生不同程度的疼痛16例、腹泻2例、恶心呕吐3例,均经及时对症干预处理后基本缓解,但均未发生骨髓抑制作用、肝肾损害或心律异常等不良反应情况。结论华蟾素注射液胸腹腔灌注治疗的安全性好、有效性高、不良反应少、接受度强,是一种适合各类中晚期肿瘤患者发生恶性胸腹腔积液的高效治疗方法,具有进一步推广于临床进行实践应用的价值。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of pleural and peritoneal perfusion of Huachansu Injection in treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods 38 cases of malignant pleural effusion patients treated with huachansu injection from May 2012 to February 2016 were selected and the treatment effect and related adverse reactions were counted and observed. Results After one-cycle treatment, the total treatment effective rate was 89.47%（34/38）, 13 cases were totally relieved（34.21%）, 21 cases were effective（55.26%）, 4 cases were ineffective（10.53%）, and there were 16 cases with different degrees of pains, 2 cases with diarrhea and 3 cases with vomiting and nausea, and all of these patients were basically relieved after the timely and symptomatic intervention, but there were no adverse reactions such as bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney damage, or abnormal cardiac rhythm. Conclusion The safety of pleural and peritoneal perfusion of huachansu injection is good with high effectiveness, fewer adverse reactions and strong acceptance, which is an effective treatment method that is suitable for patients with various tumors in middle and late stages, and it is worth clinical further practice and application.
