摘要
目的探究臭氧对大鼠星形胶质细胞的作用。方法选择2016年1—12月期间36只大鼠。均行体外培养及免疫细胞化学鉴定。依培养基所输气体的不同将其均分至A、B、C 3组。A组加入纯氧进行作用;B、C两组则分别加入400μL的臭氧(O_3)进行20 min的作用,其中B组所加臭氧规格为40μg/m L,C组所加臭氧规格为80μg/m L,对比3组不同培养基下大鼠星形胶质细胞的差异。结果 B组大鼠Ast的LDH漏出率在培养2 h时为(18.4±2.5)%,4 h时为(18.9±2.6)%,均优于A组(P<0.05);而C组大鼠LDH漏出率在2、4 h时分别为:(30.7±5.6)%、(35.0±4.5)%,均明显高于A组(P<0.01)。结论高浓度的臭氧在短时间内对大鼠的星形胶质细胞具有明显的损伤作用,而低浓度臭氧如40μg/m L则无上述作用。
Objective To study the effect of ozone on the astrocytes function of rats. Methods 36 rats in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and underwent the in vitro culture and immunocytochemical identification, and they were divided into the three groups according to different media gas, the group A adopted the pure oxygen for function,the group B and group C respectively adopted the 400 μL ozone for 20 min function, and the ozone specification in the group B and in the group C was respectively 40 μg/mL and 80 μg/mL, and the difference in the astrocytes between the three groups was compared. Results In the group B, the LDH leakage rate of rats Ast in the group B was(18.4±2.5)% at 2h and(18.9±2.6)% at 4 h, which were better than those in the group A,(P〈0.05), and the LDH leakage rate in the group C was respectively(30.7±5.6)% and(35.0±4.5)% at 2 h and 4 h, which were obviously higher than those in the group A(P〈0.01).Conclusion The high-concentration ozone has an obvious injury effect on the astrocytes function of rats in a short time, but the low-concentration ozone such as 40ug/ml can't produce the same effect.
