磁性附着体在口腔修复中临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Magnetic Attachment in the Oral Rehabilitation

目的分析磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用。方法随机选取80例需进行口腔修复的患者,均是在2016年4月—2017年4月期间于该院诊治的患者,对这些患者进行磁性附着体口腔修复,收集患者临床资料,对比粘固前,粘固后2周、粘固后3周的各项口腔数据,分析磁性附着体口腔修复的临床效果。调查患者对粘固前以及粘固后3周天的满意度,对比分析。结果患者粘固后2周的固定力与咀嚼率分别为(4.23±0.33)和(0.73±0.25),粘固后3周的固定力与咀嚼率分别为(4.25±0.32)和(0.76±0.22)。并且将这两者对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与粘固前相比,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者在经过粘固3周后在说话语音、舒适度以及外观满意度的评分分别为(3.75±0.63)分、(3.96±0.45)分、(3.75±0.96)分,与粘固前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用磁性附着体对患者的口腔进行修复,可以有效的提高患者的固定力以及咀嚼率,改善患者的语音、外观和舒适度,使患者对治疗的满意度大大提高,有利于口腔修复的进行,值得在各大医院推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of magnetic attachment in the oral rehabilitation. Methods 80 cases of patients needing the oral rehabilitation in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and were given the magnetic attachment oral rehabilitation, and the clinical data were collected and various dental data before attachment,in 2 weeks and 3 weeks after attachment were compared and the clinical effect of magnetic attachment oral rehabilitation was analyzed and the satisfactory degree before attachment and in 3 weeks after attachment of patients were surveyed and compared. Results The differences in the fixing force and chewing rate in 2 weeks after attachment after 2-week and 3-week attachment were not statistically significant [（4.23 ±0.33）,（0.73 ±0.25） vs（4.25 ±0.32）,（0.76 ±0.22）]（P〉0.05）, and the differences compared with those before attachment were statistically significant, P〈0.05, after 3-week attachment, the voice, comfort and appearance satisfactory degree scores after 3-week attachment were respectively [（3.75±0.63）points,（3.96±0.45）points,（3.75±0.96）points], and the differences compared with those before attachment were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The magnetic attachment in the oral rehabilitation can effectively improve the fixing force and chewing rate, improve the voice, appearance and comfort degree of patients and greatly improve the treatment satisfactory degree, which is conducive to oral rehabilitation, and it is worth promotion and application in various big hospitals.
