摘要
目的探讨对胆脂瘤中耳炎患者施以改良乳突根治术+鼓室成形术治疗后获得的临床效果。方法方便选择该院2014年12月—2016年11月收治的100例胆脂瘤中耳炎患者作为实验对象;临床选择数字奇偶法对胆脂瘤中耳炎患者分组;对照组(50例):临床施以传统乳突根治术治疗;观察组(50例):临床施以改良乳突根治术+鼓室成形术治疗;对胆脂瘤中耳炎疾病疗效以及外耳道变化回顾性分析。结果对两组胆脂瘤中耳炎患者的气骨导差情况对比发现,观察组胆脂瘤中耳炎患者总改善率(100.00%)同对照组胆脂瘤中耳炎患者总改善率(58.00%)加以比较发现,提高幅度非常明显(P<0.05);观察组胆脂瘤中耳炎患者外耳道变化同对照组胆脂瘤中耳炎患者比较,观察组正常患者45例(90.00%),小腔5例(10.00%),中腔0例(0.00%);对照组正常患者19例(38.00%),小腔患者19例(38.00%),中腔9例(18.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胆脂瘤中耳炎患者,临床施以改良乳突根治术+鼓室成形术治疗,对于患者的外耳道形状可以加以有效维持,获得显著胆脂瘤中耳炎疗效,从而优化胆脂瘤中耳炎患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of modified radical mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty in treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media. Methods 100 cases of patients with cholesteatoma otitis media admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to November 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional radical mastoidectomy, while the observation group adopted the modified radical mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty, and the curative effect of cholesteatoma otitis media and changes of external auditory canal were retrospectively analyzed. Results T he discovery showed that the total improvement rate of patients with cholesteatoma otitis media was obviously better than that in the observation group(100.00% vs 58.00%)(P〈0.05), in terms of external auditory canal changes, there were 45 normal patients(90.00%), 15 locular patients(10.00%)and 0 mesocoele case(0.00%), in the control group, there were 19 normal cases(38.00%), 19 locular patients(38.00%)and 9 mesocoele case(18.00%), and the differences were obvious(P〈0.05). Conclusion The modified radical mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty in treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media can effectively maintain the external auditory canal shape of patients and obtain an obvious curative effect of cholesteatoma otitis media thus optimizing the quality of life of patients with cholesteatoma otitis media.
