难治性高血压患者的治疗原则及用药探讨

Study on Treatment Principle and Medication of Patients with Refractory Hypertension

目的探讨难治性高血压患者的治疗原则,总结用药体会,为临床提供参考借鉴。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2015年10月期间该院收治的难治性高血压患者65例临床资料,统计患者治疗效果、总结患者治疗原则及用药经验。结果经治疗,65例患者中60例血压达标,达标率为92.3%;5例患者由于各种原因血压未达标。治疗后,患者平均收缩压为(127.2±4.5)mm Hg,平均舒张压为(98.7±4.8)mm Hg,与治疗相比,血压水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性高血压疾病病理特点明显,给予患者个体化治疗方案,规律作息、科学饮食,优化生活方式,联合药物治疗,可有效治疗难治性高血压。

Objective To study the treatment principle and medication of patients with refractory hypertension and provide reference for the clinic. Methods 65 cases of patients with refractory hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected and the treatment effect of patients was counted and the treatment principle and medication experience of patients were summarized. Results After treatment, the blood pressure of 60 cases reached the standards of 65 cases, and the standards-reaching rate was 92.3%, and 5 cases did not reach the standards due to various causes, after treatment, the average systolic pressure and average diastolic pressure of patients were respectively（127.2±4.5）mmHg and（98.7±4.8）mmHg, after treatment, the difference in the blood pressure level between the two groups was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion The pathological features of refractory hypertension are obvious, and we should give the patients the individual treatment plan, regular rest, scientific diet, optimize the lifestyle and use the drug treatment thus we can effectively treat the refractory hypertension.
