鸦胆子油联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌疗效刍议

Analysis of Curative Effect of Oleum Fructus Bruceae and Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Carcinoma of Stomach

目的探讨鸦胆子油联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌疗效。方法方便选取2015年7月—2016年7月期间扬州大学医学院第七临床学院收治120例晚期胃癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用FOLFOX4化疗方案进行化疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗。观察并比较两组近期疗效、生存质量改善情况、治疗前后免疫功能指标变化及毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为66.67%,明显高于对照组的46.67%(P<0.05)。观察组较对照组生存质量提高率明显增大(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组较对照组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显增高(P<0.05),CD8+明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组较对照组白细胞减少发生率、血小板减少发生率、恶心呕吐、腹泻等发生率均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论在晚期胃癌患者化疗同时给予鸦胆子油治疗,可提高疗效,增强患者免疫力,并有助于减轻化疗毒性反应。

Objective To observe the urative effect of oleum fructus bruceae and chemotherapy in treatment of advanced carcinoma of stomach. Methods 120 cases of patients with advanced carcinoma of stomach admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group adopted the FOLFOX4 plan for chemotherapy, while the observation group adopted the injection treatment of oleum fructus bruceae on the basis of the control group, and the short-term curative effect, survival quality improvement,changes of immune function indexes before and after treatment and occurrence of toxic and side effects of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（66.67% vs 46.67%）（P〈0.05）, and the improvement rate of survival quality in the observation group obviously increased,（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ in the observation group were obviously improved compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）, CD8＋ obviously decreased（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rates of leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea and vomiting and diarrhea were obviously decreased in the observation group. Conclusion The oleum fructus bruceae and chemotherapy in treatment of advanced carcinoma of stomach can improve the curative effect and enhance the immunity of patients and it contributes to relieving the chemotherapy toxic reactions.
