放血疗法对肩关节周围炎的疗效分析

目的探析对肩关节周围炎患者采取放血疗法的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2014年1月—2016年12月期间收治的60例肩关节周围炎患者,根据入院先后顺序将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例,对照组采取常规治疗方法,研究组在对照组基础上采取巨刺加点刺放血疗法,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治愈14例,显效7例,有效6例,无效3例,其总有效率为90.00%;对照组治愈8例,显效7例,有效5例,无效10例,其总有效率为66.67%;两组在总有效率上进行统计学比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肩关节周围炎患者通过采取放血疗法治疗,其临床效果显著,明显促进炎症吸收,患者青睐,值得临床进一步进行推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of blood-letting therapy of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods Random selection 60 cases of patients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each according to the admission order, the control group and the research group respectively adopted the routine therapy and opposing needling and thorn blood therapy, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results In the research group, 14 cases were cured, 7cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 90.00%,in the control group, 8 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 90.0%, and the difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of blood-letting therapy of periarthritis of shoulder is obvious,which can obviously promote the inflammatory absorption, and it is well received by patients, and it is worth further promotion and application in clinic.
