超声诊断对乳腺肿块微钙化的临床分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨超声诊断乳腺癌肿块微钙化的临床价值。方法方便选取2016年1—8月该院收治的60例乳腺肿块伴钙化患者为研究对象,以手术病理结果为金标准将入选病例分为A组(恶性肿块,30例)和B组(良性肿块,30例),全部患者均以多普勒彩超进行诊断,对比观察两组乳腺肿块微钙化率及微钙化特征性表现。结果 A组微钙化28例,微钙化率93.3%,显著高于B组(73.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组微钙化簇状分布24例,占85.7%,显著高于B组(22.7%),散点状分布4例,占14.3%,显著低于B组(77.3%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组微钙化病灶多见于45岁及以下患者,占75.0%,B组微钙化灶多见于45岁以上患者,占72.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声诊断乳腺肿块能有效识别钙化类型,明确微钙化数量及分布对乳腺肿块早期定性诊断具有重要意义,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis of micro-calcification of breast solid lesion.Methods Convenient selection 60 cases of patients with micro-calcification of breast solid lesion admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each according to the operative pathological results, and all patients were diagnosed with color Doppler ultrasound, and the micro-calcification of rate of breast solid lesion and micro-calcification features of the two groups were observed. Results There were 28 cases with micro-calcification, and the micro-calcification rate was 93.3%, which was obviously higher than that in the group B(73.3%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and there were 24 cases with micro-calcification cluster distribution, accounting for85.7%, which was obviously higher than that in the group B(22.7%), and there were 4 cases with spotted distribution, accounting for 14.3%, which was obviously lower than that in the group B(77.3%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),and the micro-calcification focuses in the group A were mostly in patients with 45 years or below, accounting for 75.0%, and the micro-calcification focuses were mostly in patients whose age was above 45 years, accounting for 72.7%, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The ultrasound diagnosis of breast masses can effectively identify the calcification type, and clearing the micro-calcification number and distribution is of important significance to the early qualitative diagnosis of breast masses, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
