基于护理岗位能力的高职高专护理专业课程体系改革与实践 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过基于护理岗位能力的课程体系改革实践,为护理专业课程体系优化提供实践依据。方法:选择四个普通护理大班随机分为两组(五专班和民族班除外),实验班采用新课程体系,对照班采用原课程体系。新课程体系实施后对医院和学校专兼职教师、教改班学生进行问卷调查,并对两组学生学习成绩进行比较。结果:认同新课程体系及教学安排的师生占92.7%;学生专业基础课及专业课学习成绩,前者对照班优于实验班(P<0.01),后者实验班优于对照班(P<0.01),护士执业资格考试合格率实验班高于对照班,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护理专业课程体系改革适应了社会发展需要,但新课程体系需进一步完善。 Objective: To provide practical basis for the optimization of curriculum system of nursing specialty based on the reform of curriculum system based on the ability of nursing post. Methods: Survey of the nurses,nursing teachers and nursing students needs the course of nursing by questionnaire,nursing ability of nurses' knowledge on jobs,skills and occupation quality requirements and the nurse practicing qualification examination requirements,reform of the nursing professional curriculum system. Choose four normal nursing classes randomly divided into two groups( except the five class and national class),the experimental class adopted the new curriculum system,the control class using the original curriculum system. After the implementation of the new curriculum system, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the part-time teachers of the hospital and the full-time teachers of the school,the students of the reformed class,and the academic record was compared between the two groups. Results: The identity of the new curriculum system and teaching arrangement of teachers and students accounted for 92. 7%; students' professional basic courses and specialized courses learning,the control class is better than that of the experimental class in former( P〈0. 01),the experimental class is better than that of the control class in latter( P〈0. 01),the nurse prac ticing qualification examination qualified rate of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class,but the difference was not statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The reform of curriculum system of nursing specialty is adapted to the needs of social development,but the new curriculum system needs to be improved.
