博乐欣缓释片治疗抑郁症患者效果评价

Effects evaluation of venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with depression

目的探讨博乐欣缓释片治疗抑郁症的临床治疗效果及安全性。方法将2014年9月至2016年9月我院精神科门诊收治的80例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用氯丙咪嗪治疗,观察组采用博乐欣缓释片治疗,分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)、抑郁自评量表(SAS)及副作用量表(TESS)评分观察两组患者对不良情绪状况的改善情况及用药安全性,并观察比较两组患者治疗期间的用药不良反应。结果用药治疗后,观察组HAMD评分及SAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周末及治疗4周末的TESS评分(4.12±0.98,5.07±1.23)低于对照组(4.89±1.76,6.21±2.11),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(37.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用博乐欣缓释片治疗抑郁症患者,可改善患者抑郁与焦虑的不良心理状态,患者用药后不良反应发生率低,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with depression Methods A total of 80 cases patients with depression were included in this study from September 2014 to September 2016.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with clorimipramine,while the patients in the observation group received venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.Improvement of bad mood condition and medication safety was scored by Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD-24）,Self Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Treatment Emer-gent Symptom Scale（TESS）between the two groups.Adverse reaction was also compared between the two groups.Results Scores of HAMD and SAS after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.TESS score at the end of 2 and 4 weeks（4.12±0.98,5.07±1.23）in the observation group was significantly lower than that（4.89±1.76,6.21±2.11）in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction（10.00%）in the observation group was significantly lower than that（37.50%）in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with depression can effectively improve depression and anxiety of patients with a low incidence of adverse reactions and high security.
