风险护理对手术室不安全因素防范效果分析

Effect analysis of risk nursing on the prevention of unsafe factors in operation room

目的探讨风险护理对手术室不安全因素防范效果的影响。方法选取2016年2月至5月手术室收治的240例患者为观察组,采用风险护理;选取2015年2月至5月手术室收治的185例患者为对照组,采用常规护理。比较两者护理风险事件的发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组护理记录差错、操作不当、接错患者、用药有误等手术室护理风险事件的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在术前访视、术前宣教、术前准备、手术配合等方面的满意度均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险护理能够有效规避手术室护理的风险事件,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of risk nursing on the prevention of unsafe factors in operation room.Methods A total of 240 cases patients with the risk nursing in the operation room from February to May 2016 were the observation group,185 cases of patients with the routine nursing in the operation room from February to May 2015 were the control group.The two groups were compared of the occurrence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction rate.Results The incidence rate of nursing risk events in nursing records of errors,improper operation,the wrong patient,medication errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The preoperative visit,preoperative education,preoperative preparation,operation and other aspects of satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the management,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Risk nursing can effectively avoid the risk events in operation room nursing and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
