摘要
深沟球轴承径向游隙的大小直接影响轴承的载荷分布、振动、噪声、摩擦、温升、旋转精度和刚性,因而选定轴承时,应根据工况合理地选择轴承的游隙。针对轴承"奇压"和"偶压"两种受力情况进行分析,得出径向振动位移量与轴承游隙之间的关系式,以某减速机上所使用轴承6212-ZNB为例,计算出振幅为零时轴承的游隙大小,其结果与实际相符。
Bacause the size of deep groove ball bearing radial clearance directly affects its load distribution,vibration,noise,friction,temperaturerise,rotation property and rigidity,the reasonable bearing clearance is chosen according to operating conditions.From analyzeing bearing "odd pressure" and "even pressure" both force conditions,the relationship between the amount of radial vibration displacement and clearance of the bearing are deduced.Then this paper takes the bearing 6212-ZNB of gearboxes for example,when the amplitude is zero,the calculated bearing clearance conforms with the actual result.
