数控车床是技术含量较高且较复杂的机电一体化设备,发生故障的原因也较为复杂。针对CKA6140数控车床在使用过程中所遇到的一些故障现象,结合典型实例,对这些常见故障进行了分析和诊断,并提出了维修措施和排故方法,以供同行参考。
The technical content of CNC lathe CKA6140 is higher.It is a complex electromechanical integration equipment and its trouble cause is complex too.This paper takes some faults in its operation for example.It also analyzes its common faults and puts forward the trouble shooting method for reference.
