摘要
通过分析失效拉杆的化学成分、裂纹和断口特征,并结合ANSYS Workbench静力学分析其断裂的原因,分析结果表明拉杆过早断裂主要由碳钢中存在的氧化物等杂质及碳钢中未掺入影响碳钢强度及韧性的其他微量合金元素所引起。结构部分局部设计的不合理,加剧了拉杆的断裂失效。
The article analyzes the chemical composition, crack and fracture characteristics of the pull rod fracture failure and uses ANSYS Workbench static analysis software to analyze the cause of the fracture. The results show that premature rupture is mainly caused by carbon oxides and other impurities existing in the carbon steel. The unreasonable design of the partil structure is also one of the pull rod fracture causes.
