摘要 针对国内石油钻机市场急需深井/超深井的高性能绞车的需求,研制了一种能够满足15 000 m井深的新型绞车。重点介绍了绞车的设计思路、结构特点以及主要参数,绞车采用3台低速、大扭矩的交流变频外转子电机直接驱动滚筒,整个变速过程完全由主电机交流变频控制实现。此绞车技术性能先进,体积小、质量轻、结构简单、效率高、自动化程度高。对绞车的起升性能进行了分析,并运用有限元分析对绞车的主要承载件滚筒进行了强度分析。结果表明,绞车起升性能和滚筒强度设计能够满足深井钻机对绞车的使用要求。 To meet the urgent needs of the high-performance draworks for deep well and/or ultra-deep well in the domestic market,this paper researches on and develops,a new drawwork with a 15,000 m deep drilling capacity,which is driven directly by three AC frequency conversion external rotor motors with a low speed and a great torque and introduces its design,structure characteristics and main parameters.The transmission process of the drawwork is fully completed by the AC frequency conversion of the motor.Therefore,the devic is characteristic of simple structure,light weight,small size,high efficiency and high automaticity.It also analyze its lifting performance and uses the Ansys software to analyze the strength of its drum.These results show that its lifting performance and strength design of the drum are able to meet the requirements of deep well drilling rigs.
