摘要
开发一种用于机床和车间里地面细小颗粒状和粉状铁屑的清理装置,由清扫和吸附两部分组成,利用计算机辅助设计完成设计和绘图,采用数控加工中心加工和3D打印制造外壳的方式完成样机制作,具有操作简单方便、清理效率高效果好的特点。
This paper develops a kind of cleaning device used for cleaning the ground granular and powdered iron in the machine tool workshops.This device is divided into two parts:cleaning and adsorption.The computer is used to complete the auxiliary design and drawing and 3D printing method is used to complete the preparation of the model machine in numerically controlled production center,It is characteristic of simple structure,convenient operation,high cleaning efficiency and good effect.
