A multifunctional cleaning and suction device used in cleaning the narrow enclosed space is introduced. The functions of this device are rinsing with clean water, spraying soap liquid, purging with compressed air and suction of effluent. The suction of effluent function is the major characteristic of this device and it is accomplished by a cleaner in the device. The waste water or soap liquid produced in the cleaning process can be discharged out of the cabin. The waste liquid is temporarily stopped in the cleaner and discharged to the specified position. It makes the cleaner smaller than the commercial cleaner. The cleaner is more flexible in arrangement. The suction of effluent function can be operated continuously. The effluent generated in the cleaning process can be discharged out of the cabin in time so as to avoid the effluent pollution to the surface that has been cleaned before. It is effective in suctioning soap which is easy to expand.
