摘要 网络广告因其与传统广告模式有着较大的差异,传统广告监管模式已无法满足其要求。因此要将网络广告纳入法治进程,充分利用网络广告所带来的技术优势,发挥其对市场经济的作用,就需要构建应对网络广告特点的法律监管体系,发挥内部法律监督以及外部保障机制的共同作用,才能应对多变的网络广告市场环境,解决深层次的网络广告利益冲突,实现网络环境的和谐稳定。 Because online advertising is different from the traditional advertising, the traditional advertising mode is not enough to meet its requirements. We need to incorporate online advertising into the rule of law, make full use of the technical advantages of online advertising and play its positive role in the development of market economy. We need to build a legal system to make full use of characteristics of online advertising, exert internal legal supervision and set up an external safeguard mechanism in order to cope with the ev er-changing environment of online advertising and solve the conflicts of interest in online advertising and finally realize the harmony and stability of the network environment.
