广西暴雨洪涝灾害的暴露度与脆弱性时空特征

Temporal and spatial characteristics in exposure and vulnerability of rainstorm and flood disaster in Guangxi

在采用灾情数据数理统计方法重建广西壮族自治区2015年暴雨洪涝灾害时空格局的基础上,选取人口密度、GDP、农作物播种面积、受灾人口、直接经济损失、农作物受灾面积等作为暴露度和脆弱性的指标,从时空角度对暴雨洪涝灾害的暴露度与脆弱性进行分析,结果表明:2015年广西壮族自治区暴雨洪涝灾害月际分布不均,夏季最为集中;玉林市的人口暴露度最高;北海市的经济暴露度最高;河池市的人口脆弱性最高;桂林市的经济脆弱性最高;南宁市的农作物暴露度和脆弱性最高。

Based on using the disaster data statistics method to rebuild the spatial and temporal pattern of rainstorm and flood disaster in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2015,the population density,GDP,crop acreage,affected population,direct economic loss and affected area of crops were selected as the indicators of exposure and vulnerability,the exposure and vulnerability of rainstorm and flood disaster in Guangxi were analyzed from the perspective of time and space.The results showed that,the monthly distribution of rainstorm and flood in Guangxi was uneven and the summer was the most concentrated,the highest exposure degree of population was in Yulin City,the highest exposure degree of economy was in Beihai City,the highest vulnerability of population was in Hechi City,the highest vulnerability of economy was in Guilin City,and the highest exposure and vulnerability of crop were in Nanning City.
