摘要
分析优质水仙茶饼品质形成的基本条件,从晒青、做青、炒青、揉捻、压模与烘焙等方面总结漳平水仙茶饼的生产加工新技术。
This paper analyzed basic conditions of quality formation of qualified Zhangping Shuixian tea cake and summarized its producing and processing techniques including sunshine withering,fine manipulation of tea leaves,roast,rolling,die pressing and baking.
