国外橡胶补贴政策对海南天然橡胶产业发展的启示

Enlightenment of foreign subsidy policy for rubber on development of natural rubber industry in Hainan

通过文献收集和调研访谈法,梳理总结了国外橡胶主产国的橡胶补贴政策,并调查分析了海南胶农对橡胶良种补贴政策的满意度。从以国际市场为导向,支持和保护天然橡胶价格、提供稳定的经费来源、创新补贴形式等方面提出促进海南省天然橡胶产业发展的对策。

Rubber subsidy policy in main foreign rubber-producing countries were summarized,and the satisfaction degree of rubber farmers in Hainan to subsidy policy were investigate through literature collection,and investigation and interview methods.The enlightenment on Hainan natural rubber industry summarized included according to the international market;stable funds supports and management in charge were necessary for the target price protection of rubber;and then the subsidy forms should be innovated.
