9310钢薄壁空心轴渗碳淬火工程化应用

摘要 研究了涡轴发动机9310钢薄壁空心轴渗碳+淬火复合型热处理技术,通过调整低压真空渗碳加热、冷却方法实现了9310钢薄壁空心轴0.5mm渗碳层加工。采用分级淬火方法、改进装炉方式、半精加工后增加稳定处理等,有效控制了空心轴的微小变形,获得高硬度、高耐磨和尺寸精度高的零件,并通过了涡轴发动机150h持久试车考核,实现了薄壁空心轴渗碳淬火的工程化应用,为小尺寸薄壁轴类零件渗碳及淬火变形控制提供参考。 Carburization-quenching process of aerongine has been researched. Vacuum-carburizing process parameters has been adjusted. The results showed that the depth of the surface coating was 0.5 mm. Step quenching,loading mode,and stress-relief method has been improved. The part has high hardness and small deformation after carburizing and quenching,through the assessment of the aeroengine 150 h lasting. The prospect of engineering application for carburization-quenching process of thin-wall hollow shaft was very good.
