摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、木质素磺酸盐为原料,应用反相乳液聚合法,制备三元共聚物木质素磺酸盐两性絮凝剂(LDA),通过单因素实验和响应曲面优化得到最佳反相乳液聚合条件:反应温度30℃,引发剂质量分数(占水相)0.1%,反应时间3.5 h,固含量28.48%,复合乳化剂浓度6.34%,油水体积比1.86∶1,m(AM)∶m(DMDAAC)∶m(木盐)=2∶1∶0.75。在此条件下,LDA产率达94.88%,特性粘度3.751 2 d L/g。在絮凝pH为6,温度25℃,处理时间2 h下,造纸黑液、垃圾渗滤液、印染废水等5种不同废水的COD去除率均达80%以上。
Using acrylamide(AM),dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC),lignin sulfonate as raw material,the ternary copolymer lignin sulfonate amphoteric flocculant LDA was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization and the optimal reverse emulsion polymerization conditions were obtained through single factor experiment and response surface optimization design:30 ℃,initiator=0.1%,V(oleic phase)∶V(aqueous phase)=1.86∶1,ω%(compound emulsifier)=6.34%,V(Span80)∶V(Tween80)=4∶1;t=3.5 h;solid content 28.48%;m(AM)∶m(DMDAAC)∶m(lignosulfonate)=2∶1∶0.75.Under the optimal condition,the yield of LDA is 94.88% and the average intrinsic viscosity is 3.751 2 d L/g.And the results showed that the removal rate of COD was more than 80% and the LDA has good application value at the condition of the pH 6,25 ℃,2 h.
