油田水处理化学品性能评价模型的建立与实施 被引量:1

Establishment and implementation of performance evaluation model for oilfield water treatment chemicals

摘要 考察了季氨盐杀菌剂、有机磷阻垢剂、沉淀型缓蚀剂和有机吸附性缓蚀剂对地层渗透率的影响。实验表明,季氨盐型杀菌剂能增大地层的渗透率,提高采收率;有机磷防垢剂在地层中起到防止结垢趋势产生,能降低结垢对地层的伤害;有机吸附型缓蚀剂后对岩心造成伤害比沉淀型缓蚀剂要小,伤害率在5%以内,且与阻垢剂、杀菌剂配伍性良好。同时,提出了集"物化性能、配伍性能、与地层条件适应性影响、地层伤害影响"为主体的新型水处理化学品性能评价模型,全面的反应了化学品在水处理集输系统、反应处理系统及地层伤害情况。 The formation permeability effects of quaternary ammonium fungicide,organic phosphine scale inhibitor,precipitation inhibitor and organic adsorbent corrosion inhibitor are investigated.The results showed that the quaternary ammonium salt fungicide can increase the permeability of the formation,and oil recovery,organic phosphine scale inhibitor can prevent fouling trend and reduce the fouling damage of the formation.The damage of organic adsorption type corrosion inhibitor is smaller than the precipitation type corrosion inhibitor,the damage rate is less than 5%,and has well compatibility with scale inhibitor and fungicide.At the same time,the paper puts forward a new evaluation model of water treatment chemical performance,which is composed of "physical and chemical properties,compatibility performance,adaptability of formation conditions and formation damage",which is reflected comprehensively about the chemical used in water treatment gathering and transportation system,reaction processing system and formation damage.
