摘要
基于国家安全生产监督管理局事故统计数据,从事故类别、事故发生区域、事故发生时间、事故发生趋势等方面对2006~2015年化工企业发生的安全生产事故进行了统计分析。统计结果显示,爆炸和中毒与窒息事故占化工企业安全生产事故的主要类型;近十年来化工生产事故在全国二十多个省份都有发生,其中,山东省事故发生率最高;从事故发生时段上看,一月份和八月份事故发生率较高,近年来事故发生率总体呈下降趋势。
Based on the national supervision and administration of production safety accident statistics,on chemical enterprises of production safety accidents were statistically analyzed on aspects including accident classification,occurring time,occurring location and occurring trend in China during 2006~2015.The results showed that explosion,poisoning and suffocation accidents accounted for the main types of chemical enterprises production safety accidents.And at the recent ten years,chemical production accidents have occurred in over 20 provinces.Among them,the highest incidence of Shandong province.From the analysis time the accident happened,accidents is higher in January and August.In recent years,accidents is on the decline as a whole.
