建筑行业一直是我国的支柱型产业,对推动我国经济的发展起到了极大的作用。工程造价是建筑工程中非常重要的组成部分,而成本管理是保证工程造价的重要手段,对建筑工程的预算绝对不能忽视。通过对建筑工程造价预结算与建筑施工成本管理关系的研究,指出了对建筑工程造价预结算需要审查的内容,阐述了建筑工程造价预结算审查在建筑施工成本管理中的影响。

The construction industry has always been a pillar industry in China,and has played a great role in promoting economic development. Project cost is a very important part of the construction project,and cost management is an important means to ensure the cost of the project. Based on the study of the relationship between the construction cost pre-settlement and the construction cost management,this paper points out the content of pre-settlement,and expounds the influence of construction cost pre-settlement review in construction cost management.
