针对创新工作思路,打造"活力"德育的探讨,介绍了围绕"活力德育"的一个中心,搭建班主任的教育平台,积极建设好学生管理的三支队伍,提出了创新四种教育管理机制,坚持学校的例会制度,为积极培养中等技术人才做好德育工作。

In view of the idea of innovation work and the creation of “vital” moral education, this paper introduces the education platform around “vital moral education”,builds the education platform of the class adviser, and actively builds the three teams of student management, and puts forward four educational management mechanisms and regular meeting system, in order to actively develop secondary technical personnel.
