企业要发展,优质的人力资源结构配置和合理的各类人才储备是前提和保证。在进行企业人员合理流动的同时,开展企业内部培训,提高全员专业素质显得尤为重要。本文主要阐述了企业人员培训的目的、阶段、内容、评价等问题,以期有效提升企业管理文化,确保企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
It is the prerequisite and guarantee for enterprises to develop high-quality human resource structure allocation and reasonable talent pool. In the conduct of reasonable flow of business personnel,it should carry out internal training and improve the professional quality. This paper mainly elaborates the purpose,stage,content and evaluation of the training of enterprise personnel,so as to effectively enhance the enterprise management culture and ensure that enterprises are invincible in the fierce market competition.
